syawal at malls

last weekends, i went to ikea, ikano wan utama and berjaya times square, kuala lumpur....just want to see the scenario of syawal decoration at the mall and blending in with all the people there, the peak and busy syawal preparation....

the malls were decorated with lots of lantern, variety of colors and there was a small village set up at berjaya, with little kiosk which were really kampong style...at ikano, chef zam was there doing some demonstration of simple food preparation for syawal and at the same time promoting the philips eletrical appliances...

at berjaya times square, a small set up that looks like a village at lower ground of the mall..at certain time, before the 7pm, there are a group of musician playing the traditional instruments- called gamelan....emmm, the spirit of syawal....its seem like time flies...so fast...
